Who am I?

  • I’m a husband and father. My wife and I are raising our five children in Lafayette because we want them to grow up with roots. I’m motivated to make sure Lafayette remains a place of opportunity so that all of our kids can find jobs and start families here.

  • I’m an active parishioner at Our Lady of Wisdom. Faith is core to my identity, and service is an important way of expressing it.

  • I attended UL and LSU Law, where I graduated top of class.

  • I’m an experienced attorney and business leader. I’ve worked in many roles and companies—from transactional law for a large, regional law firm to business strategy for large, multinational industrial services organizations.

  • As former chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission, I have first-hand experience with the policies and issues at play in our continued growth and development.

  • A life-long Republican, I believe in open, accessible, and transparent local government that prioritizes families, upholds traditional values, and promotes fiscal responsibility. It’s important that we craft local solutions to local problems, which requires pragmatism and strong values.
